The TY618 comes with the Management Synchro Mechanism which allows you to control seat height, seat slider, tilt tension, and a triple position tilt lock. This allows for slightly more control than the TY608. The entire Truly Series are completely customizable to suite exactly what you're looking for in an office chair.
