Procurement Questions

Contracts FAQ

Who can buy on these contracts?+
State and local government, school districts, colleges and universities, hospitals and health systems, and many non-profits. Eligibility varies by vehicle, so tell us your entity type and we'll confirm which apply.
What if we're not a member of a cooperative?+
Most cooperatives are free to join and enrollment is quick. We'll point you to the right one for your entity and purchase.
Do contract purchases include design and installation?+
Space planning, delivery, and installation run the same as any Parlor City project. How services are structured on the contract varies by vehicle, and the quote spells it out.
Which contract gives us the best pricing?+
It depends on the products and the vehicle. When more than one applies, we compare and quote the stronger option.
What do you need to produce a contract quote?+
Your entity name, the contract or cooperative you use if known, and the product list or floor plan. We handle the rest of the paperwork.
