How much does workplace consulting cost?+
It's scoped to the engagement. A focused session-based review is priced very differently than a multi-scenario strategy, and consulting fees are often credited against project work when the plan moves to implementation. We'll quote the scope after the first conversation.
How long does an engagement take?+
Focused engagements run a few weeks; full strategies with scenarios and phasing take longer. Lease and construction deadlines get built into the schedule from day one.
What do we walk away with?+
A space program, layout scenarios, budget ranges, and a phased path to implementation. Decisions your leadership can act on, not a benchmarking deck.
Do we have to buy furniture from you afterward?+
No. The recommendations stand on their own. Most clients do continue with us because the plan connects directly to specification and installation, but the consulting is honest either way.
Can you help us decide how much space to lease?+
Yes, that's one of the most common engagements. We build the space program first so you evaluate buildings against your requirements instead of guessing from rules of thumb.
We're not sure what we need. Is that a problem?+
That's the normal starting point. The first conversation is about framing the question, and it costs nothing.
