  • Storage elements have 3 /4" thick case construction with 1 mm edge.
  • All laminate surfaces feature full perimeter edge banding, delivering a clean, refined look and enhanced durability.
  •  File drawers have full depth, smooth-riding ball bearing suspensions and factory installed counterweights.
  • Durable construction using cam and pin.
  • Standard side-to-side hanging bars and optional front-to-back hanging rails ensure maximum filing capacity.
  • Suspended files have a power option that includes 3 outlets and 2 USB charging ports.
  • Locks are available in silver or black. A no-lock option is also available for a clean aesthetic. Locks are field installed.
  • Slim Pull is unavailable on doors. Combination units specified with slim pull will come standard with touch-to-open doors and no pull.
  • 1" leveling glides provide adjustment of files on uneven floors.
  • Storage elements include optional 2.5" elevated feet.
  • Standard 15" wide pedestals come with pencil trays.

AIS Products Care Guide: CLEANING CARE & INSTRUCTIONS

This warranty is given to the initial purchaser and is valid for as long as the product is owned by the original Buyer. The warranty, which runs from the date of manufacture, covers defects in materials and craftsmanship found during normal usage of the products during the warranty period. If a product is defective, and if written notice of the defect is given to AIS within the applicable warranty period, AIS (at its option) will either repair or replace the defective product with a comparable component or product. The limited lifetime warranty applies to all products regardless of the number of shifts the product is used each day except as noted below.

  • Moving parts, which include keyboard mechanisms, locks, suspensions, casters as well as AIS fabrics, upholsteries, mesh and PET material.
  • Calibrate Dry Planters - Use of water or soil will void warranty under use regulations.
  • AIS Seating & Lounge (pneumatic cylinders, casters, glides, bases and arms, mesh and seating upholsteries)

3-Year Warranty applies to pillows.
