L Series Steel Storage offers flexible configurations designed for personal items, active files, and long-term archival needs. Its well-built steel construction delivers lasting durability for busy workplaces and a wide range of applications. This is a durable, do-it-all storage workhorse you can count on.

Highlights

  • L Series Lateral Files have picture frame (except 2-drawer, which is full width to align with pedestals) drawer fronts with rectangular pulls.
  • File drawers have full depth, smooth riding ball bearing suspensions.
  • All laterals are lockable with two supplied keys.
  • Laterals accommodate letter, A4, and Legal sized filing and include front to back conversion bars for each drawer. 
  • Freestanding conversion tops, which include counterweight (field installed), are ordered separately when converting a lateral file to freestanding.  
  • 5-Drawer lateral files feature a recessed flipper door on the top drawer with a roll out file shelf. 
  • Box-file lateral comes with integrated finished top and is supplied with counterweights.

AIS Products Care Guide: CLEANING CARE & INSTRUCTIONS

This warranty is given to the initial purchaser and is valid for as long as the product is owned by the original Buyer. The warranty, which runs from the date of manufacture, covers defects in materials and craftsmanship found during normal usage of the products during the warranty period. If a product is defective, and if written notice of the defect is given to AIS within the applicable warranty period, AIS (at its option) will either repair or replace the defective product with a comparable component or product. The limited lifetime warranty applies to all products regardless of the number of shifts the product is used each day except as noted below.

  • Applies to all AIS branded products, except where noted.

10-Year Warranty covers:

  • Electrical products
  • AIS Seating & Lounge (frames and control mechanisms)

5-Year Warranty

  • Moving parts, which include keyboard mechanisms, locks, suspensions, casters as well as AIS fabrics, upholsteries, mesh and PET material.
  • Calibrate Dry Planters - Use of water or soil will void warranty under use regulations.
  • AIS Seating & Lounge (pneumatic cylinders, casters, glides, bases and arms, mesh and seating upholsteries)

3-Year Warranty applies to pillows.
