Description

Trix is a sturdy utilitarian side/guest chair upholstered as you wish. Trix is available with or without arms; Trix with arms is also available with casters. The chairs are ideally suited as a guest or visitor chair but will also serve its purpose in cafeteria, dining rooms, waiting rooms, or any area where extra seating is required.

The Trix chairs can be “dressed up” with any AIS upholstery material or Customer Own Material. The strength and durability of the black powder coated steel frame, plywood shells, and engineered plastic components allow for many years of use. Black polypropylene armrests allow for comfortable support. Trix ships fully assembled

This warranty is given to the initial purchaser and is valid for as long as the product is owned by the original Buyer. The warranty, which runs from the date of manufacture, covers defects in materials and craftsmanship found during normal usage of the products during the warranty period. If a product is defective, and if written notice of the defect is given to AIS within the applicable warranty period, AIS (at its option) will either repair or replace the defective product with a comparable component or product. The limited lifetime warranty applies to all products regardless of the number of shifts the product is used each day except as noted below.

  • Applies to all AIS branded products, except where noted.

10-Year Warranty covers:

  • Electrical products
  • AIS Seating & Lounge (frames and control mechanisms)

5-Year Warranty

  • Moving parts, which include keyboard mechanisms, locks, suspensions, casters as well as AIS fabrics, upholsteries, mesh and PET material.
  • Calibrate Dry Planters - Use of water or soil will void warranty under use regulations.
  • AIS Seating & Lounge (pneumatic cylinders, casters, glides, bases and arms, mesh and seating upholsteries)

3-Year Warranty applies to pillows.
